Ticket faqs
How can I access my tickets?
Step 1: Download the official ICC App now on a compatible smartphone or mobile device here. Or if already downloaded, please ensure it has been updated to the latest version.
Step 2: Once you've downloaded the ICC App, you'll need to login using your ICC Family account details or create a new account. Please note, if creating a new account, be sure to register and log in using the same email account details you used to purchase the tickets. If you already have an ICC account, associated to a different email address, you can link the two accounts using the ‘Find my Tickets’ function.
Step 3: Once you're logged in, your tickets will appear in the 'My Tickets' section of the app.
All ICC App Ticketing information can be found here.
How do I transfer tickets to family/friends?
To transfer a ticket, click the ‘Transfer Tickets’ icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and select the ticket(s) you wish to transfer. You can choose to transfer a ticket code via WhatsApp, Email or SMS by following the steps on screen. Please note the transfer code expires after 48 hours and if the ticket is not redeemed in that time period you will need to generate a new code and complete the outlined steps above again.
Each person you share a ticket with must download the ICC App and either sign-in using their existing ICC App details or create an account in order to redeem the ticket.
Please note if you attempt to share the same ticket more than once, the latest sharing request will invalidate previous attempts. Tickets that have been transferred successfully will appear in the ‘Transferred’ tab of your app.
When sharing tickets, please review the ticket type: Adult / Under-16 and distribute accordingly.
How do I access a ticket transferred to me?
Once you have received the transfer code, please log in and click into the bottom-right ‘Ticket’ tab in the ICC app. Click ‘Redeem’ on the top-right corner and enter the 16-digit transfer code under ‘Find my Tickets’ to redeem tickets. The ticket will appear immediately and QR code will be visible on the ticket 48 hours prior to match day.
Can I have multiple tickets on one device?
Yes, multiple mobile tickets can be downloaded to a single ICC App account. Once selected you can swipe left and right to view all tickets.
If you are accompanying your friends to the Ground, all tickets can be kept on your phone app and scanned in one at a time as you and your Guests pass through the turnstiles.
If you are arriving separately, or, you wish to transfer the tickets in advance with your family/companions the transfer function is easy to use, as outlined above.
To avoid queues building up at the gates we encourage you to use the share function to transfer tickets within your party before you start your journey to Lord’s.
What operating system does my phone need to use the app?
The ICC App requires the following operating systems:
- iOS 15.0 or later for Apple devices
- Android 7.0 or later for Android devices
For the best experience, we recommend updating to the most recent operating systems:
- iOS 18.5 for Apple devices
- Android 16 for Android devices
Why is ticketing digital now?
We understand that moving to digital tickets is a change for some, and we want to assure you that this decision was made with our customers and the future in mind. There are several key reasons for this transition:
-
Sustainability: By eliminating paper tickets, we're significantly reducing our environmental impact. This means less paper waste, reduced energy consumption from printing, and a smaller carbon footprint from distribution. It's a step towards a greener future.
-
Enhanced Security: Digital tickets offer a higher level of security compared to traditional paper tickets. Each digital ticket is unique and can be easily verified, reducing the risk of fraud and counterfeiting. This ensures that your ticket is valid and gets you into your matchday. Furthermore, you can be confident that transferring tickets to others is a secure process within our digital system.
-
Ease of Use: Digital tickets provide greater convenience for fans. You can access and manage your tickets directly from the ICC App which will be available in the coming weeks. This eliminates the worry of losing or forgetting your tickets, and it streamlines the entry process at the venue.
Rest assured we are committed to providing a smooth transition to digital ticketing. If you have any concerns, our customer support team is here to help and will be present on the day to assist.

LORD’S IS CASHLESS
Lord’s is a cashless Ground. Debit and credit card payments as well as mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at all tills around the Ground.
travel
There are plenty of options across the Transport For London (TFL) network to get to Lord’s. Please note that roadworks on Wellington Road throughout the summer will cause some disruption in and around St John’s Wood underground station and therefore we urge you to use alternatives whenever possible.
It is also highly recommended to use the Underground station most appropriate for where you will be seated in the Ground. These options should be considered for entry and leaving:
- For the Warner Stand, Pavilion, and Tavern and Allen Stands, use Warwick Avenue or Edgware Road (15 min walk)
- For Mound and Edrich Stands, use Baker Street (15 min walk)
- For the Grand and Compton Stands, use St. John's Wood (10 min walk)
The closet rail stations are Marylebone (15 mins) and Paddington which is a pleasant 20-minute stroll taking in the canals of Little Venice.
Entry through the North Gate will be via automated turnstiles, with stewards on hand to assist if needed.
